Preview Your Document

To preview your document before printing:

1. From the menu, choose File > Print Preview .  You may either preview the currently selected section ("Preview This Section") or preview the entire document ("Preview All Section").

2. From the print preview window, change pages using the arrows on the left.  Zoom in and out with the magnifying glass icons on the right.

3. Preview more than one page at a time with the pull-down menu on the right.
