The Document Builder Toolbar

The Document Builder toolbar provides shortcuts to frequently used commands such as opening files, printing documents and formatting text.

New Document - Create a new document

Open Document - Open an existing document

Save Document - Saves the current document

Save Document As - Saves the current document as a new file name

Export to PDF - Exports the current document to a pdf file

Print Document - Prints the current document

Print Preview - Preview the current document

Check Spelling - Check spelling in the current section

Auto Spell Check - Turns the auto spell check feature on or off.

Cut - Performs a cut action. The highlighted text is removed with a copy placed on the computer's clipboard.

Copy - Performs a copy action. The highlighted text is copied to the computer's clipboard.

Paste - Performs a paste action. Contents of the clipboard a pasted into the active document section.

Undo- Undo the last action

Redo - Redo the last action

Bold Format - Sets the current text selection to the bold text format

Italics Format - Sets the current text selection to the italics text format

Underline Format - Sets the current text selection to the underline text format

Left Text Alignment - Aligns the current text selection to the left

Center Text Alignment - Aligns the current text selection to the center

Right Text Alignment - Aligns the current text selection to the right

Justified Text Alignment - Sets the current text selection to justified alignment

Font Color - Sets the color of the current text selection
